Reclaimed Timber Plank

When it comes to wood looking stamped concrete, there are many different options, but nothing holds up a truly natural timber appearance like the Boardwalk Plank stamp we use at Stallion Concrete in Calgary.

This boardwalk stamp comes in two sizes, 8" and 16". However; most people do not bother with the thinner 8" stamp as there are other wood-like stamps that are a much better finish in this width.

What we mean by that, is that especially with wood, you want to varry the pattern as often as you can. This is difficult to accomplish with the 8" Boardwalk Plank as there is just not enough variation.

If you want a thinner plank, we suggest looking at the boardwalk plank with knot pattern.

However; with the 16" width, you gain an extremely luxurious aesthetic that has grown heavily in popularity over the years.

This provides a VERY deep grained and wide plank option that is perfectly mixed with antiquing to really make the grains pop out in the wood.

The picture in the top of this page, may not look like it, but those boards are 16" wide.

This pattern works best on larger patios or wider walkways, but can still look amazing even on a 10 foot by 10 foot pad.
