Ready Mix – Smoke
Smoke is one of the more commonly and modern ready-mix concrete colours that are used, especially on patios.
As being such a neutral colour, it is also a great color application for driveways and shaded walkways.
With any darker colour, even though smoke isn't TOO dark, you want to be cautious of heat. While aesthetically, the modern grey colours are extremely popular, they also trap heat from the sun.
Because of this, they are best used with shade or plant coverage to help reduce the heat. However; for every client that wants to reduce the heat, we also find the next person loves it because that heat being held in the pad, helps radiant and keep the evening enjoyable in your yard as the sun starts to go down.
Smoke ready-mix concrete is also a great colors to get a natural slate or grey limestone style color when combined with a texture stamp.
