Khaki is a great option to get a slightly darker than sand color to be used in your pour. It works great against brown or beige siding and can also be paired with other brown/beige colors as a border or accent to an existing pad.
Khaki makes a great border around kids sand play areas or as a natural color to concrete accents such as manufactured stones and looks awesome a stamped pattern of brick.
The lighter color helps maintain a cooler and less heat reflective coating in a back yard pad and works well with a lot of today's more trendy brown and beige stucco's on residential housing.
This color also works great as a foundation color in a garage especially when an epoxy/flake coating is applied over top to help lighten and accent the khaki tone.
Integral Ready Mix Concrete is superior to topical coatings because it is mixed evenly and completely throughout the concrete prior to it being poured.
This means that if there is a crack or cut to the concrete over time, that the natural concrete colour does not show through.
This helps protect the overall look of the concrete even if damage or chips occur over time.
